To enable our push notification and other mobile communication services, we may collect and store device IDs to identify each unique mobile device that registers for our service, including for example, device tokens from iOS devices, Live IDs from Windows devices, and other similar identifications from devices running on other platforms. These IDs cannot be tracked back to you, but are tied to a specific device which may only be used by one person.

From time to time, users of the App may be asked to participate in voluntary surveys and polls. As a part of this process you may be asked to supply personal information such as demographic information and lifestyle preferences. Your deepsleep investment includes an industry leading 2 year warranty and 1 free repair service if you ever need it.

- 2 year warranty starts date of purchase. All items are packaged in a controlled environment, so this warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is good for up to 1 replacement. Normal wear and tear from use are not covered.

If you have a small damage/cut or pinhole that occurs, it can usually be repaired with the free specialized patch included in your kit.

We also offer 1 free repair service. Return shipping is paid by the customer, we provide free shipping back.

- Deepsleep reserves the right to determine what is covered by this warranty. We may choose to repair or replace it. We may opt to offer assistance remotely or require a return. If you’re experiencing air loss and are unable to identify a leak area, we offer a free inspection service. Return shipping is paid by the customer, we provide free shipping back after repair or replacementprocess.- Verification of purchase is required. 

WE ACCEPT THE RETURN OF UNOPENED ITEMS FOR UP TO 60 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND MINUS SHIPPING COST. THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE UNOPENED.MATTRESS PRODUCT RETURNS WITH OPENED PACKAGING AUTOMATICALLY INCUR A 25% RESTOCKING FEE PRO-RATED FROM A REFUND FOR INSPECTION, SANITIZATION, AND RE-BOXING THAT IS REQUIRED DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT.
