Heather, we're super sorry this happened! How annoying! We're actively helping on this concern to rectify it. Tracking shows it delivered on 4/12 , but there's a few 'business days' process to complete a stolen/missing/wrongly delivered package claim through FedEx (or whatever carrier) as we need to, and it looks like our teamate Jaquie has been in contact w/you and doing that since your initial message to us on 4/17 about the MIA delivery.
