Your deepsleep investment includes an industry leading 2 year warranty and 1 free repair service if you ever need it.

- 2 year warranty starts date of purchase. All items are packaged in a controlled environment, so this warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is good for up to 1 replacement. Normal wear and tear from use are not covered.

If you have a small damage/cut or pinhole that occurs, it can usually be repaired with the free specialized patch included in your kit.

We also offer 1 free repair service. Return shipping is paid by the customer, we provide free shipping back.

- Deepsleep reserves the right to determine what is covered by this warranty. We may choose to repair or replace it. We may opt to offer assistance remotely or require a return. If you’re experiencing air loss and are unable to identify a leak area, we offer a free inspection service. Return shipping is paid by the customer, we provide free shipping back after repair or replacement
