Mattress product returns with opened packaging automatically incur a 25% restocking fee pro-rated from a refund for inspection, sanitization, and re-boxing that is required due to the nature of the product. All original items/accessories must
be included in the return.

Items that show any signs of wear and tear or damage will not be accepted for return. deepsleep will provide the reason
for the decline of the return and ship the item back to the purchaser.

Deepsleep does not provide free return shipping, but we can provide a return label rate that is usually significantly cheaper than standard shipping rates. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns must be authorized before delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
