I used my deepsleep mattresses in my Ford Bronco for the first time this weekend, they were great no complaints. Pretty comfortable, the directions were easy to understand, and the setup time was quick. What I am disappointed about is that the straps and carrying bags that come with the mattresses are extremely cheaply made. One of the bags is already starting to come apart at the seems and one if the straps have broken. The strap should be a cheap replacement, but for the price point on this product, the accessories should be higher quality and more durable than what they are.

Where I would love to be able to leave a review after spending the night on a deep sleep solo mat I unfortunately can not as I never received the package. Reached out to FedEx who of course stated it was delivered and then told me to reach out to Deep Sleep; however after some back and forth emailing despite them stating that there customer service is there number one priority the only thing I received was an offer of a 30% discount to purchase another and the advice to contact my local PD about a stolen package, and that next time I should pay the extra for shipping w/signature.

There, we offer a free signature request option (there is no upcharge), and also mention how your tracking link can be used to have your package for pickup at a location near you for security. deepsleep is not responsible for any unattended/stolen delivery losses because respectfully, there is not much more we can do to help protect or avoid an unattended package delivery if those options are not exercised.
