Terms: Ships FedEx Air, Allow 2-3 business days for order processing. 3-6 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary due to the country of import’s customs clearance department. Each country is different, and an import/duties tax may apply upon delivery.

International packages that go unclaimed within the import deadline are not returned and are non-refundable. Deepsleep is not responsible for missing/stolen deliveries. Any missing delivered item should be reported and disputed directly with FedEx and/or any of their international carrier partners or local authorities. 

International purchases are subject to the same deepsleep warranty promise. Shipping rates are not included. Should any warranty/exchange need to take place, international shipping rates still apply and the carrier rates within U.S will be applied as a credit to the customer.
